Monday 27th May was a Bank Holiday, in the UK. This meant the family were all home from work and school. I was grateful for:
- Treating myself to new underwear.
- Coffee at Costa with hubby, a lovely chance to chill and connect.
- A wonderful, peaceful 15 minute meditation.
Today, the 28th May, I was very grateful for:
- Getting myself up early!
- Lovely birthday lunch with my sister, niece and my daughter.
- My counselling, which has really helped me to begin to get better.
