Have spent the day feeling absolutely exhausted…..I could literally have fallen asleep at any point. This tiredness is seriously getting to me and really makes things so much harder than they need to be. However, managed to hit my goals for today…..went to the gym this afternoon, drank my water and read some of my book….so was pleased!
I’ve had far too much chocolate, so my diet is something I’m going to have to take a good look at. Back to work tomorrow, but am just hoping I can resist the inevitable biscuits and cakes that come into the office…..has anyone else got tips for dealing with this and not giving into temptation?
Right, going to try and start the day off well. Am going to sleep at 10.45pm, will set my alarm for 6.30am and put it the other side of the room! No YouTube, Facebook or Twitter for me whilst lying in bed….need to get myself up and in that shower!
Will check in again tomorrow…….let’s see what the day brings!
