April Goals and Plans – 1/4/18

Well Happy Easter everyone, hope you’re not all feeling sick with all that chocolate!!

Thought I’d post a quick little update regarding my goals/habits for April.  I’m starting fairly small, as I realise I tend to fail when I put too much pressure on myself.  My hope is that these habit/goals become automatic, and then I can build upon them further over the coming months.

So there are 3 main goals/habits for this month are:

  1. To go to the gym, a fitness class or do a home workout, lasting at least 30 minutes, 3 times per week.
  2. To read one fiction and one non-fiction book by the end of April.
  3. To drink a large glass of water before breakfast, every morning.

These sound simple enough, I just need to remind myself to plan ahead and ensure I give myself enough time to achieve them now.

Think I might post a short blog post every day, to keep track of my progress, I guess that’s a 4th goal!!
